5. Client responsibility and suitability

You are responsible for attending sessions from a private, safe location and for telling Andrew about relevant health, psychological, medication, substance-use, trauma, or safety concerns before sessions begin. Andrew may decline, pause, or refer work where online hypnotherapy is not suitable.
6. Online session platforms
Online sessions may use WhatsApp, Zoom, FaceTime, or another agreed video/audio platform. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, privacy, headphones where needed, and a safe environment. AW Online Hypnotherapy is not responsible for failures caused by third-party platforms, internet outages, or unsafe client environments.
7. Psychoacoustic soundtracks and audio safety
Andrew uses psychoacoustic soundtracks to support hypnotherapy, including in-session audio, Soul Sanctuary tracks, and personal affirmation soundtracks. Audio should only be used when it is safe to relax. Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, supervising dependants, or doing anything that requires full attention.
8. Booking, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling
Prices, session length, package inclusions, cancellation windows, and rescheduling rules are shown on the relevant service page, booking flow, invoice, or checkout. USD and ZAR labels may be shown for clarity; billing currency is ZAR unless otherwise stated by the payment provider. Late cancellations, missed appointments, unused package time, or rescheduling requests may be handled according to the policy shown at booking.
9. Service inventory and included value
Some packages include Gold Membership or custom audio as a value-add. Inclusion of Gold Membership, downloads, audio tracks, or package bonuses depends on the service purchased and the current service description at the time of purchase. Free lead magnets and free consultations do not guarantee acceptance into ongoing client work.
10. Soul Sanctuary and membership access
The Soul Sanctuary is the AW Online Hypnotherapy member portal for selected audio hypnotherapy support. Free access may allow streaming. Gold Membership may enable downloads for offline listening and may be included with selected paid sessions. Access may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn for misuse, non-payment, technical abuse, account sharing, or breach of these terms.
11. Digital products and intellectual property
Custom audio, affirmation soundtracks, Soul Sanctuary tracks, written materials, videos, downloads, website copy, frameworks, and product names are owned by AW Online Hypnotherapy or its licensors. They are provided for personal use only. You may not copy, share, upload, resell, redistribute, train AI systems on, or publicly reproduce them without written permission.

Andrew has worked with 10,000+ clients since 2010 and has 15+ years in practice. Any success rates, research references, testimonials, or client stories are provided for context and social proof, not as guarantees. Outcomes vary by person, suitability, issue, readiness, programme completion, and follow-through.
13. Content and SEO pages
Condition pages, service pages, blog posts, FAQs, and educational content are general information. They do not create a therapist-client relationship, do not replace an individual assessment, and should not be used as medical advice.
14. Confidentiality and safeguarding
Session information is treated confidentially, subject to legal, safeguarding, payment, technology, and professional obligations. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, necessary to prevent serious harm, needed for payment or service administration, or required to protect AW Online Hypnotherapy’s rights and systems.
15. Testimonials and public submissions
